The nomination letter, written by Cuyong’s patient, thanked her for “going above and beyond and taking the time to just listen to their concerns and making them feel comfortable.” She was also thanked for “making her patient feel as if they mattered and were important to her.” Her patient goes on to say “She went above and beyond her nursing expectations”.
