My mother came in today for two procedures. I was initially upset when I felt the doctor had provided limited feedback following the procedures. Chris came in to speak with me after I requested a nurse for more info. She sat with me as long as I needed, and thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided many helpful suggestions for my mother's care going forward. I felt so much better and relieved after speaking with her and cannot thank her enough!
