My father was a patient there on two different occasions lately. He would light up when Christine walked into the room. Christine has a special gift that makes everyone feel very loved. She answered any question she could that the family had. She gave her all to make my dad comfortable. The second time we were there, she actually recognized us in the hallway and asked what room dad was in so she could pop in to see him. (We were on a different hall then.) My mother, who has dementia, remembered Christine and her name. That's pretty special! She is a stand-out caregiver and you can tell it is from the heart!
