Chris teaches overload classes when needed and works extra hours to fill the need. She works whatever is needed and does not complain. She goes to Duncan to teach clinicals and proctor. She meets with students 1 on 1 to mentor them for Critical Care. She works long hours and is diligent to get the mountains of work done to meet student needs. She teaches guest lectures and is very engaging with students. My students had many questions for her when she guest lectured. Chris manages student needs for clinical and is caring, respectful, and compassionate. She tries to accommodate their requests where possible if it is a specific preceptorship or a request to go to a family event. Chris truly emulates the Kramer Way.
