"I came in for surgery, Christine was wonderful. She treated me and my family very special. She could tell I was a little nervous. She answered all my questions, she offered information. I told everyone about her when I left. While putting in my IV she was gentle. I had my own crutches - she offered to lock them up for me. She called me when I went home to make sure I was okay. I thought that was really special."
