I was admitted to the Emergency Room after a traumatic accident. I felt so fortunate to be cared for by Christine. She immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in the right place. From the time I arrived, Christine orchestrated tests and treatments in a quick and efficient manner. Many people were in and out of my room. While it was evident that she was in charge of the situation, her demeanor was always calm, compassionate, reassuring and respectful to everyone she encountered. In addition, she treated my family and me as if we were the most important people in the hospital. I live half-way across the country, but if I ever need emergency care again, I would be privileged to receive it at McLaren Northern Michigan, and I would hope Christine was my nurse!
