Christine was M’s nurse for many days while he was in the ICU for cardiac arrest. Her attention to detail, her perseverance in getting answers, and her genuine compassion for M & our family were beyond our expectations. Under her care, M’s hygiene was a priority as well as a good, organized room. When walking into his room each morning I automatically knew she was his nurse for that day. M would be clean, all his dressings would be finished, the bed linens would be changed, all lines were labeled, and the room showed attention to detail.

In addition, when Christine is not satisfied with a situation, she acts. At one point the devices used to control the bleeding from M’s nose were not meeting her expectations. She initiated and pursued a request for ENT to review the situation. After ENT had examined, a new device was inserted & the bleeding stopped. Furthermore, Christine did not only take care of my husband, but she also took care of our family. She answered hundreds of questions with genuine patience. She is an angel that was sent to us during a very difficult time.
