Christine Glenn, RN

Christine always works so hard to get patients where they need to go. She advocates for each patient. She takes it upon herself to invest in patients do not have any support and will make sure they are discharged with adequate support and resources. I had a homeless patient who needed to be discharged near Denver Health for his meds and that was near where he left his personal belongings. She made sure he had gift cards to King Soopers, shoes and made sure he was discharged to the correct area. 

She worked with another patient who was being taken advantage of financially. She worked with Adult Protective Services and other resources to help the patient. She spent many hours working with the patient to find a safe and appropriate living situation with an advocate.

Christine takes the most difficult discharges and handles them with such ease. Her job is never easy on our floor and she handles the obstacles and overcomes them each time.
