Christine was my daytime nurse for the first 2 days of my hospital story. She kept me in good spirits and showed interest and compassion for my wellbeing. She also followed up with the doctors on questions I had. Very promptly she also demonstrated authenticity in her approach to making me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar hospital setting. She stopped by to say "goodbye" at the end of her shift. It's all the small things that matter.
