Christine is terrifically wonderful! Her energy ignites the room! I floated to IPR from a different unit and let her know I'd never been on the unit before. She took me for a bedside shift report and told me the backstory, diagnosis, patient spouse's name, everything I needed to know, and more! She did all this from her head. She takes her job seriously but can play and be silly, too. I was nervous and not expecting a good day. Christine completely flipped my attitude for the entire day! You can feel how much she cares and wants to see her patients succeed. I could listen to her all day! She is born to educate! She is a born leader!
