Christine walked into an unexpected emergency. She was very calm while others in the room were panicking. She knew what to do and handled the situation very well. Christine is a compassionate leader and an outstanding nurse. She took her patient to the critical care unit and stayed with her until she was stable. Unfortunately, later the patient did pass away. I ran into the patient's husband later and he said the patient told him earlier in the day that Christine was an amazing nurse. He said he was thankful Christine was his wife's nurse. I'm blessed to have Christine on my team!
