A homeless gentleman was admitted into 44 ICU this weekend. This was not Chris’ patient, but she was helping with the admission. Upon logging in his belongings, she noticed that he was lacking a few essentials in his wardrobe. Chris then took it upon herself to purchase all these items for him, plus a few extra (including shoes). She even went as far as calling up to the unit to have someone check with him on sizing and then made a separate trip to the store to ensure everything was the correct size and would be utilized.

We’ve always known that Chris is a wonderful person, but this act of kindness has really reinforced why. We are proud to work with Chris and are inspired by her caring. Thank you, Chris!
