There are quite a few ways that Christine demonstrated excellence. One, in particular, was when she was giving medications out: she clearly and patiently explained each one, one of which I questioned. She double-checked notes from the ER and the doctor and found out it was called something different but the right medication. Her professional and caring manner, knowledge and responsiveness made me feel I was in capable hands. She is a person I will never forget. Don't lose this one!
