The day after Christmas, we had an inpatient come to the Endoscopy Department for a procedure. The staff could tell this patient was very sick, too sick to undergo the procedure. She was a DNR and Chris kept the patient comfortable until she passed away. She also attended to this patient's family. Essentially, Chris took care of the whole family until the funeral home took their loved one away.
