I had hair on my head all big tangles. A rat's nest = tangled head hair. RN Chris bought a special pick comb. She worked on my hair for a good hour. She is a genuine, kind, and caring nurse. Chris goes to give. I have known Chris for many years because I have been a returning patient for more years than I care to remember.
