Cris is amazing. She is so helpful, even with her charge nurse duties, she always helps on the floor for anyone in need. She goes out of her way to make sure others are okay and always greets staff and patients with a smile. Even on my worst day, she helped me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help with my patient load. She puts patient care and associate wellbeing above everything. I love working with her because I know when I see her, I'm going to have a great night. I would give up my easiest night of work for a hard night working with Cris because I feel like part of a team when I work with her, and I know she has my back. Cris is the model example of a DAISY Nurse, and I'm so proud to work with her.
