December 2016 Honoree
christine sheehan, AAS, RN, OCN
My wife always looked to Christine Sheehan as her champion at Roswell. She knew that if she called Christine she would get results. She was not just a nurse, she was her friend and confidant. She trusted only Christine, her doctor, and the infusion room nurses more than anyone else. If any of them said they would do this, they would, without a thought, do it with no questions asked. That is trust.
I want to thank all of you for your help over the years and the kindness of all of the staff at the Amherst Campus. She knew that she was safe there and, even though she hated that chemo sickness, I think she looked forward to seeing you all every three weeks. You kept her with me and sharing life for three years that I might not have had with her.

Thank you, Christine, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
