Christopher Geldernick, RN
My mother had a mastectomy and an implant removed from a prior reconstruction. A stressful, long day to say the least. I had seen Christopher all day as I worked in the lobby. He always seemed to be moving and on the ball. But, even from a distance, he seemed friendly and cheerful. Little did I know that he would be the nurse caring for my mother as she came out of surgery. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, attentive person. He was always by her side. Checking not only her but also me (the family). He made us feel like we were the only people there. More importantly, he made us feel like family.

Christopher made a point to check on me throughout my stay and followed up with me the next day when I got home. Really showed compassion and care.

Christopher was wonderful taking care of me during my recent surgery. He truly demonstrated the core values of respect, care, competence, and joy! Thank you, Christopher, and the whole surgery staff. I have another surgery coming up and I will not choose another hospital! Thank you again for doing an exceptional job.
