Christopher is a very compassionate and caring nurse. Christopher goes out of his way to go above and beyond. On the day of Go-Live for Cerner, Christopher was relief charge, which was a new role for him. He jumped in and not only did the charge nurse role, but he also was instrumental in keeping the unit calm and functioning smoothly during this chaotic time. Christopher spends time with the patients sitting down and listening to them, making them feel as if they are a part of his own family. Christopher exhibits genuineness in dealing with patients, families and his fellow co-workers. He displays energy, compassion, and enthusiasm in delivering patient care, every shift that he works. Christopher is a role model who is committed to achieving excellence not only for his patients but also for our unit.
