On this particular day, Chris had a patient who was celebrating her 90th birthday and the family wanted to do a drive-by celebration. Chris took the time to oblige them and made the patient's birthday special even though she was in the hospital and in the midst of COVID with all the barriers and restrictions. This is what nursing is all about. The healing of the mind, body, and spirit. This act of kindness and humanity is indicative of extraordinary nursing on his part. I am proud to have Chris as a part of our team here on 4 Tower.
