Our son, brother, and partner passed away this morning on South 7. As you can well imagine, his passing has left a tremendous hole in all our hearts and saddened us beyond words. It was and continues to be a sad time for all of us. There were many providers who made M's time in Hospice as comfortable as possible. One nurse in particular, Christopher Milardo, was exemplary in his care of M and our entire family. His compassion for all of us did not go unnoticed. He is an excellent nurse and treated our loved one with the dignity he deserved. All too often, caught up in our sadness, we unintentionally neglect to thank those who helped us through a difficult time. Christopher's nursing skills, combined with a generous dose of empathy, guided us through one of the most difficult days of all. Christopher is the epitome of what we consider an outstanding nurse. We shall be eternally grateful for his care and consideration of all of us. Please extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to him on our behalf.
