Christopher P Pettigrew, BS, RN

Mr. Pettigrew cared for my son as we had to say goodbye when he was only 9 days old. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. He made sure our sweet boy was comfortable and felt no pain as he passed. He then helped us to bathe and dress our boy and take more memory photos. As we were leaving, he walked us out and promised me he would stay with my baby boy until the funeral home came for him, which gave me comfort that he wouldn't be alone.

A year later, we were back in the NICU with our daughter, and Mr. Pettigrew happened to see us and stopped by to talk to us and let us know he still thought about E and our family. Mr. Pettigrew was so compassionate, and we will always be thankful for how he took care of our family on the hardest day of our lives.
