Chris has been one of the most compassionate, selfless, and supportive nurses I have ever worked with!  I floated the Peds BMT unit and had a very busy Oncology assignment. Not even 15 minutes into the shift, Chris was already offering to help and settle my kids.  Chris also made a statement reminding me that we were going to have a great night!  Just that bit of reassurance allowed me to feel confident in my abilities and eased my anxiety for the night.  Chris went above and beyond and helped me with my med passes, obtaining labs, answered my call lights, all the while still having his own assignment.  Chris never stopped asking what he could help with and never made me feel stupid/annoying when I asked any questions.  Chris was such a calm presence that night and demonstrated what teamwork truly is!  This unit is very lucky to have such a hardworking, compassionate, and empathetic person working for his patients and co-workers!
