Christy Andrews, RN

My elderly mother was brought by ambulance from Montross. As fate would have it, Christy Andrews checked her in. She was admitted to MS. Christy was so kind, friendly, compassionate, and patient. She LISTENED to my mother’s wishes and treated her with a level of love and compassion I had not seen in my mom’s many hospitalizations. She also treated us with the same tenderness and respect. She was there at the end, and I am glad. My mom adored her, and I know that just her soft voice, gentle hands, and wonderful demeanor made my mom’s passing easier for her. She shows a level of competency and core nursing values that are seldom seen due to the over-assignment of patients to a struggling employment industry.
