The CCU literally saved my sister's life under the direst circumstances and due to the unbelievable clinical skills of the doctors she survived the initial trauma, but it was also nurses like Christy who were there for the long haul afterward guiding her and us on a path of recovery.
Christy was like a beam of sunshine, always positive, always very competent and in control of what for us was a very scary situation. She constantly checked upon her, even when she was not called and always with a big smile on her lovely face. Hard to describe what that meant to us, her husband, her sisters, and brothers.
I truly thank her and the whole team for my sister's life!
