Christy is outstanding! She has a great soul, is always smiling, and is very helpful. I came to the ICU extremely dehydrated. The first day I really didn’t expect to make it through the night. She helped me, changed my bed, rendered hygiene, and took the time to make me feel at home. She is more than a nurse, she truly is an angel.

The second night I was in ICU, she was the first person to offer me to sit up in a chair. She let me wash my own hair and brush my teeth, of course, she was right by me if I needed assistance. How great that was! Christy goes above and beyond to help heal each person she comes in contact with. Christy always talked to me, not at me, and made me feel better on my darkest day. 

She cares for each patient as if they were her own relative. I know she only works weekends, but I am extremely glad I was here on her shift to meet such an amazing nurse! Thank you for making my stay pleasant. NEA Baptist is a 5-star hospital and Christy you are 5-star all the way. Keep up the outstanding work.

Christy was an excellent nurse and caregiver while my husband was in ICU. She went out of her way to make sure we were both cared for. NEA is blessed to have her.
