When I was orienting to IMCU, Christy taught everything with patience and her knowledge was comforting because I knew I would leave her with all the skills to do my job correctly. I feel she makes a positive difference in each person she teaches and in her patients as well. I have seen her stop giving report to go help a family member. I have seen her stop what she was doing to help a nurse look up policy. Once, when I was concerned with something, I called her at home and she talked me through it. I feel she is an asset to Piedmont and helps her team every time she works.
