My wife was taken to DCH ER. She was admitted and moved to the ICU. That is where we met Christy. At that point we had no idea how sick my wife was but would soon find out. There was much positive medical personnel involved in the treatment of my wife, However, Kristy stood out. The first several days of her stay she was in a great deal of pain. Christy was ever present and constantly tending to her care. Kristy not only dispensed the medical treatment but did so with TLC. Christy was excellent in dealing with me and keeping me informed on what was being done for my wife. At one point I mentioned to Christy that I was going home for a minute. She suggested that I stay because the doctor would be coming soon. That was correct and when we first learned that my wife had a problem with her lymph nodes. She was moved to another facility where we learned she had cancer and was aggressively treated with Chemo. Before we left, Christy stopped by her room to check on her and wish her well.
