Christy went above and beyond! She was very calming and supportive. Christy took me to the cath lab and stayed as long as she could, then she went to update my wife. She even came to check on me after my procedure before she went home. I could not have asked for a better RN. She was prompt from the second I came down the hall. The entire ED did great from the minute I arrived. I truly felt as though she was concerned about me and wanted the very best for me and my family.

My 93 year old husband was apprehensive about going to the ED with a persistent nosebleed which turned out to be serious. Christy was very comforting and efficient. When she found out it was his birthday she improvised and made him a birthday crown, rounded up a plate of birthday treats and all available personnel to sing Happy Birthday to him. Many people dropped in to wish him a happy birthday. It helped brighten his day and relieve his anxiety about being admitted to the hospital.
