I began group with no medication and no idea where to begin. Christy was so wonderful with helping me get scheduled with the doctor, manage my medicines, and "fight" with pharmacies to get me what I needed. Christy called several times to help me quickly. She was so understanding of my anxiety around medications and was excellent at explaining them but not belittling me for having them. I finished therapy feeling genuinely cared about by her. She continued to ask how my medication adjustments were going and explained how she felt I was doing...improving. Just knowing she was paying attention to me and many others, and still had time to care. She was essential in my journey to feeling better. Thank you for everything you do!
