My mother arrived in MICU around 2 am. Christy came on duty early that day at 0300 working until 7 pm for 2 days in a row, during which time she was always available to me to answer questions and concerns regarding my mom. She got her through an emergency heart arrhythmia and coordinated Dr. S to meet with our family and explain everything to us. Despite working 2 - 16 hour shifts in a row she was continuously helpful and happy and never ever showed any negative responses. I am so glad she was my mom's nurse for 32 hours of her 40 hours of work. You are lucky to have her. I felt safe leaving my mom in her care!
