Chrystal Smith came into my dad's room for a week wholeheartedly and passed my 7-second rule. My dad at times was hateful, belligerent, mean, and refused to do anything we asked. Not once did any of that phase anything that they were there to do, and they did it with compassion and concern for my dad.
