Chrystal Noonan, RN
My dad is a very stubborn man, and understandably so— he came in with a STEMI and a100% occlusion of his LAD. It was a frightening and critical situation for our entire family. Chrystal came in on a Saturday night, on-call, and delivered truly outstanding care. What stood out most was not only her clinical expertise and calm under pressure, but her ability to connect with my dad in a way that earned his trust. That is no small feat. She was patient, compassionate, and attentive— taking the time to explain things clearly, advocate for him, and ensure he felt safe during an incredibly vulnerable moment. Her presence made a lasting impact on both my father and our family. In a situation that could have been overwhelming, she brought reassurance, confidence, and genuine kindness. Chrystal exemplifies everything the DAISY Award represents, and I am incredibly grateful she was there when my dad needed her most.

Chrystal was very kind and attentive. She put me at ease and answered my concerns. Chrystal put me at ease and smiled and laughed with me and my friend. She made my experience very relaxed.

Chrystal is a compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, great character, warm, helpful, smiling person. She took great care of me during my ablation procedure at Union Memorial Hospital. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received from her. Grateful to have my procedure done there.

I was scheduled for an angiogram at Union Memorial Hospital. When I arrived, I was very nervous, but Chrystal greeted me and reassured me that everything would be fine. Because of some previous bloodwork, I was told that there would be a 4-hour wait before my procedure began to allow for extra liquid to be inserted into my system. Needless to say, this increased my anxiety. Throughout this time period, Chrystal was compassionate, empathetic, and went beyond the call of duty. Following the procedure, in which I received good news that there were no blockages, Chrystal was there for me. Throughout the time that I was in the hospital, Chrystal provided me with extraordinary care. She deserves the Daisy Award!
