Crystal lights up the room when she enters to discuss my blood work and meds with me. She is always positive and listens intently to my questions and the side effects of my chemo. She works her magic and always makes me feel good about myself and the questions I am asking. Whenever there is a problem with any of my tests, she calls me immediately to let me know the results and relieve my anxiety. She has a beautiful heart and soul and is so perfect at the profession she selected.
