It's always a pleasure to work with Chrystal, but today she went above and beyond. Chrystal spent over an hour trying to clean and fix one of our longer-term patients in the ICU. This patient was always trying to maintain her appearance before she declined and needed to be put on a ventilator. Chrystal noticed that she still had clumps left over from her EEG and worked painstakingly to de-mat her hair. The family was so grateful. Thanks, Chrystal, for being a great nurse and an awesome person.
