I have never experienced such exceptional nursing care. Chulane Lor called me by my first name and always explained what she was doing and why. She was so aware of making sure all the details of what I wanted were met. Whenever Chu had time, she listened to my feelings and questions. She made me feel so comfortable, not only physically but mentally. The attention and care Chu provided was heartwarming. It was very apparent that Chu enjoys her work, and it shows. I feel very fortunate to have Chu assigned to my care.
