I have had numerous visits/procedures here at St. Francis. My first experience was not pleasant and I dreaded dealing with having any more procedures. I had Ciara Burns after the first procedure and told her why I was nervous and didn't want to continue to come to St. Francis. She apologized and assured me that I wouldn't have that experience again. I have had Ciara both times after and she got my IV in the first try and explained everything perfectly. She also was the nurse for my daughter. She took the time to calm her down about her surgery. She always has a smile and is professional. It is obvious Ciara cares for each and every patient as an individual. Ciara makes my stay here comfortable and is one of the best nurses I have dealt with. Thank you for being professional, caring, and making me feel that my children and myself were the most important at the time of our procedures. Ciara is awesome and I will never forget the great care she has given me and my family.
