Ciara has displayed exemplary leadership and management skills. She tries her best to make sure that everything is covered and she is very approachable, as a manager should be, to all. Her personality is very pleasant, and she shows concern for everyone she works with. We see Ciara as our fearless leader as she takes on many tasks with ease. She jumps in to help with patient decisions and always remains calm. We appreciate EVERYTHING she does for us to keep the day going smoothly and for jumping in and helping us too! Ciara is organized, positive, enthusiastic, energetic, and advocates for the staff and the patients, she always has the best interest at heart. Our department is lucky to have her.
