From the moment Cierra walked into my room back in labor & delivery, as I was prepping for my c-section, her personality lit up the entire room. I was beyond nervous, and Cierra’s energy made me feel safe and at ease. The entire time, she was with me and by my side. From check-in to surgery to recovery to post-partum care until her shift ended, she was just as amazing as she looked. My son, when he was born, was transferred to Children’s because all the beds here were full. I was very, very, very upset, and Cierra made me feel so strong and comfortable that I was no longer upset. Her smile meant everything to me because I know with all my heart that she truly cared about me, my baby and family, and, of course, our well-being. She never shied away once. She showed concern, compassion, love, and nurture. That is exactly what I needed in a caregiver. She really needs to be recognized for all her hard work and her stellar performance. With Cierra, it all comes naturally with her, and we need more healthcare providers like her. I would request her every time with no hesitation.
