Cierra defines what an excellent nurse is. She was very caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. Every time Cierra entered our room, she explained why she was there and made sure before leaving that there were no further concerns. Cierra took the time to talk and answer all questions. She never made any of us feel she was in a hurry or that the call for the nurse was an irritant.
Cierra delivered positive care. Her smile was refreshing, and her knowledge was outstanding. If I had to send any of my family members to the facility, Cierra would be the first nurse I would recommend to care for them.
Cierra is also pregnant, but you did not hear her complain about the long hours she was working nor how many times she had to come to your room. Each and every time Cierra showed that pleasant smile, she lit up the room.
On her last night with us, Cierra took the time to explain she would not be back but she enjoyed taking care of us and wished us well. Cierra encouraged my daughter and took good care of her pain.
I want Cierra to know how much she meant to our stay. I thank this facility for hiring Cierra and I thank Cierra for the excellent care she provided during our scary stay. She made it bearable.
