During our father’s extended stay in the ICU, Cierra’s kindness and respect were evident each day. She consistently demonstrated a calm demeanor, which provided much-needed reassurance during a stressful time. When family members became anxious, Cierra took time to sit and gently explain all the steps of his care. Her ability to connect with our family made a significant difference, making us feel valued and supported throughout recovery.

Her excellent bedside manner and the time she took to address our concerns helped us feel more at ease and informed us about our father’s condition. Additionally, Cierra even offered to pick up an extra shift to ensure continuity of care, which demonstrated her commitment to our father’s well-being and provided us with peace of mind.  

Cierra exhibited teamwork skills, especially during shift changes. Her thorough and effective communication with her colleagues ensured a seamless transition of care. She consistently updated incoming staff with detailed reports.  

Cierra’s proactive approach to care was evident throughout our father’s stay. She meticulously coordinated with other departments to ensure that all necessary tests and treatment were conducted efficiently. Her confidence and skill in managing complex situations were reassuring and she was always on top of the developments with his condition. By staying informed and actively seeking the best for him.
