It was very helpful to have someone on our side that understands, is kind, compassionate, and so patient.
When my father was in the hospital, I spoke to Cierra by phone as I live in New York. Cierra was very accommodating in calling me to help me understand what was going on with him. When I got here, she got approval for me and my stepmom to visit and called the new nurse practitioner who was taking care of him while I was visiting so that I could talk to her. Being out of state and knowing how busy the nurses are, it was very helpful to have someone on our side that understands, is kind, compassionate, and so patient. I had a lot of questions! Cierra was great to us and it was nice to finally meet her in person.
