Cinde Hart is an RN who goes above and beyond every day! She has personally recovered me from three previous surgeries and is always a soothing, calming voice to wake up from anesthesia. When I had to have unexpected surgery and had not time (or ability because of my pain) to plan ahead, I didn’t get to see if Cinde was even working on the day of my surgery. However, I had such good fortune as I heard in pre-op that Cinde was here! It was Valentine’s Day and she had plans after work. She was really supposed to leave and my surgery was late in the day (1400); however, guess whose precious voice I heard telling me it was over, she was there and I was safe…CINDE!!! She stayed a little later than I think she had intended, but at least she stayed until I was awake enough for her to “hand me” off to her co-worker, Rose, who is also an excellent nurse. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels like this. And in PACU people sleep through these “guardian angels” care. I hope I don’t need her services again for a long time, but just knowing she’s there is a comfort.
