My mom was admitted to NM for a hemicolectomy procedure. She was a very ill patient and had complications post-surgery. Cindi took excellent care of my mom when she decompensated one Saturday afternoon. She went above and beyond to sustain her life along with her team of nurses and physicians. Cindi listened to our concerns and advocated for my mom at any given opportunity. After we decided to transition my mother to comfort care, her attention and dedication remained unchanged. She treated my mother with compassion and dignity.
I hope she knows what her care meant to me and my family. She was my mother's guardian angel and I know she will continue to save lives every day!
