I injured my finger in a log-splitting accident and I had to return for surgery. Cindie Ave'Lallemant took her time explaining the procedure since I was scared. She walked me through every question I had and brought me a warm blanket. Cindie helped me to do the prep needed too.
When I returned after surgery Cindie offered me water and coffee and even brought me a second cup. She helped me to get dressed but my shirt would not fit over the cast. I explained she could cut the sleeve so that it would fit. She declined saying, “that's a new expensive shirt” graciously she offered me a smock so I could get it on and off without causing pain to my hand. She packed my belongings and checked them twice and explained all the orders from the doctor.
Cindie walked me to my truck making sure I was okay. It was an amazing experience considering I was so scared. She was so kind and calming. I thank her for getting me through what was probably the worst experience in my life.
