During my son's five days in the NICU, his care was incredible. Cindie was there to explain things honestly to me and she allowed the all-important skin to skin contact. What made all the difference to our family was the calm confidence Cindie exudes. Families are in panic mode and terrified of the unknown. Without Cindie, I don't know how we would have made it.
