Cindy Baird, RN

Cindy stayed well after her shift to help two resource nurses feel more comfortable with the pediatric patients we currently had on the unit. Both were unfamiliar with our unit, and she ensured they were oriented to the unit on where to find things and where to go for help. Cindy was thorough with sharing protocols and procedures and made the two nurses feel confident to be on our unit. She even went through a whole discharge on a patient in order to teach the nurse and the patient, ensuring that the patient and nurse were supported.
