Cindy has such a calming effect on the unit. In Behavioral Health that is a great asset! She comes to work every day with a great, positive attitude. You know it will be a good day when she is here. After an extremely difficult weekend where there were multiple restraints, numerous patients who required 1:1 or 2:1 staffing, Cindy came in and told the group, "The weekend is over, it's going to be a good day" - and it was! It just proves that it only takes one person to shift the atmosphere, and Cindy does this every shift. She is such a pleasure to work with and I feel blessed to have her on our team.
