Cindy Bell is so deserving of this award. She never stops working and taking care of our patients. She always goes above and beyond and goes the extra mile to help a patient. For example, today she spent 30 minutes with a patient helping them with housing, the bus system, and other patient issues while still getting all her work done. She is always helping her peers get their work done. Her therapeutic interaction with everyone is second to none. Her attitude is superior at all times and she truly loves her job. She is always smiling. She has received more positive statements about her performance from patients than any nurse.
