I had a misarrange with failure to abort. Because of this, I had to have an urgent D&C. My family and I were heartbroken and struggling with the rapidity of it all. Cindy was our nurse in pre-op and took care of us into the early afternoon. She was spectacular. Not only did she perform her medical duties thoroughly and efficiently, but she spent extra time sharing her own stories about her fertility journey and encouraged us to be hopeful for the future. She was a light on a very dark day, and we are so grateful for the extra love and support she provided us.
